My mind, my wine and me.
The stories we write while up all night
enjoying our company.
We sit and chat about this and that,
pondering life… wandering back.
We’re fine on our own just relaxing at home.
My mind, my wine and me.
My minds recites, my fingers type,
to story-land we go.
The events unfold with a mind of their own,
they sometimes steal the show.
We write, we edit…but I take the credit
when the final revision is through.
My mind and wine, they have a good time,
I really enjoy those two.
Though I think the key... and I’m sure you’ll agree,
is enjoying my time with me :)
